The excitement of moving into a newly built home is hardly comparable to anything… except possibly the satisfaction of moving into our Wiesner Home. So many people we know who built “new” homes had trouble with their builder or his sub-contractors about something. Not only have we had a positive experience with you, but every single one of the sub-contractors as well. All-around it is just superb workmanship! Therefore, Nancy & I want to thank you and write this letter of recommendation that we hope you’ll feel free to use with other interested clients. We love this house, we love the design and layout, we love the workmanship and most importantly, we appreciate the solid integrity of the building which – without fault – stands up to time, wear and very active living.

We are currently living in our beautiful new home in Miraleste Shores in Parker, Az. As for my comments would be first and foremost Greg and his brother Chris made our experience awesome. They never got upset just upbeat and always working. My husband and I were hands on thru the process and all went about as good as to be expected. The flooring and counter tops could have went smoother but was not any fault of Terry’s guys. All in all Terry is professional and a very nice man to deal with I would definitely recommend his company. We also love our solar it’s great. Thank you all for your hard work.
